"Japanese salad dressing".

Process the following ingredients for 30
seconds in a food processor:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
1 carrot
2 1/2 Tbs grated ginger
1/2 tsp ground mustard

add while still processing:
2 tsp tamari (soy sauce)
2 tsp apple juice
1 tsp sesame oil
3/4 - 1 cup vegetable oil [i'd use peanut oil,
but you might prefer otherwise]
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

bring to boil, then cool
add salt and pepper to taste

My chiropractor copied this from a newspaper
clipping years ago. She's still tearing the
house apart looking for the original so she
can have me credit the source.

Japanese Salad Dressing

I don't know what Godzilla's sauce is like, but here's a creamy o mizutaki sauce recipe from the late Mingei-Ya.

3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar or a bit less to taste
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 large garlic cloves, peeled
2 Tbl. soy sauce
ground pepper

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Best when the flavors are allowed to mellow for a few hours before serving.
